It came out great

We got this mirror from my mom's place. She had it hanging on a wall, all dusty, in a pretty bad condition. So I asked her if we could have it. Restoring furniture was one of our plans anyways, so it came just at the right moment. It's the first piece of furniture that we work on together and we love the way it came out.

At first we wanted to sandpaper it and paint it black, but when we cleaned it up it looked great without any paint on.

In a way I feel like we saved it and this is what restoring furniture is all about, helping it tell it's story once more.
